Praying Together For Cornwall

WHAT CAN ME & MY GROUP DO?

1. Pray.

In your youth group start praying for the county and the young people in it. Teach your youth group about prayer, how to pray and get them used to praying together.

2. Come along.

Put Saturday 27th September into your youth group programme. Make all the necessary arrangements to bring your whole youth group along to the day so they can get involved. You should arrive at 1:30pm for a 2:00pm start. The day will finish at 10:00pm. Bring a packed tea if you need to eat during that time. Many are choosing to pray and fast.

3. Volunteer.

The day needs all sorts of people to help it run smoothly. We need stewards to man the car park and the various venues being used, to marshal the Prayer Walk, we need people to help with the audio-visuals,  PA and music. If anyone is able to help on the day contact Phil Hadley by email at or by phone on 01208 871021.

4. Publicise the event.

Let others know. Tell your friends, your fellow youth workers, your church leaders, everyone. When you receive the Praying Together for Cornwall general publicity or the Youth Day specific publicity then display it, announce it, get the details put in your church notice sheet or newsletter.

5. Start praying now.

Why not use the Prayer Board on Kernowyouth to share your prayer with others and make your prayer needs known? Use the drop down menu at the top of this page to find PrayerXchange.
