The Youth Bible

The Youth Bible is such a good bible for young Christians to use because it has guide lines to work from on each of the chapters.

It also has life lines which are true stories of people who are in difficult situations. There are stories from anger to sex and loads of other stuff  which you can relate to the Bible by reading what God has to say about it.

The best way to really read the stories, I have found, is, for instance, when you get pressured into doing something and you want to know what God has to say about it. Most youth issues are covered somewhere in the bible and there are guides to help you find them. (If you do get a bit stuck just talk to your youth leader, a Christian friend or a believing adult who can help you ).

Also at the bottom of the life line you are told to write the issue and your problem on a bit of paper.  This will remind you what to raise with someone who can help you.

Don't think by just reading the Youth Bible it will be really easy to understand what you have just read.  I still often struggle, big time, to really understand what it has said

But just keep going, it will get easier the more you read and discuss these things with other people who can help you.
