The Tribe One of the UK's top Christian bands based in Manchester taking the message of Jesus into the schools of Manchester.
Phatfish are a five-piece band based in Brighton. They have been together since 1993 and work as a
worship band as well as a contemporary performance band. They play in different secular and Christian environments such as universities, clubs and churches, sharing their passion for Jesus through high quality music.

Cafe Reality is a good site with cool graphics, produced by Youth For Christ. It is aimed at getting
young Christians to share their faith in a cringe free way
Youth With a Mission (YWAM) have an online series on Principles of Christian Living. YWAM is an
international missionary organisation which encourages young people to make a difference in their world by spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

Events & Festivals Top
Spring Harvest The grandaddy of Christian festivals, you need to book early for this annual event,
which caters for all ages and tastes with music, teaching and activities for the whole family. Bit expensive though!
Cross Rhythms - Popular music festival, held just over the border in Devon. Good Site with music
charts, news & who’s gonna be at the next Cross Rhythms (of course).
Greenbelt is an annual Christian arts event which attracts a wide range of ages. It is held at
Cheltenham racecourse - which gets turned into a massive camp site!

Christian Classics Ethereal Library a large collection of classic Christian literature, all available online
(for free!). A lot of the books are seriously heavy reading, but you can find some interesting stuff like Pligrim’s Progress for example.

The Youth Worker magazine has an excellent site - well worth a visit. The Websites section has a
particularly useful range of links to sites for youth and youth workers.
Counties have produced www.gsuslive.co.uk to support their schools work with their new mobile
computer classroom so is aimed at school age teenagers & introducing them to Jesus.
